Hard planning breeds fear, laziness, and procrastination. To maintain performance, you should plan flexibly and with a large amount of time. There is no hurry, haste is pride and, therefore, a lie. A good plan is like a dog on a long leash.
Let go of what goes away. We live in a wave world, movement is life. Holding what goes away, you pull the bowstring, sooner or later you let go, and then what might have come back will never come back.
By holding back the fear, you increase it... let it Go, let it spread all over your body, enjoy it. Tell your fear:... "Well, I agree with you, I understand you… This is the end." Drop all regrets, tell yourself: "I'll do what I can before I die, and then at least let the grass not grow."
When you let go of ideals and forms, you will feel like a stream of energy that cannot be stopped. The possibility of stopping creates fear. The realization of the impossibility of stopping and the infinite variety of options, generates infinite joy and delight.
To accept is to let go. The excess desire is the cause of failure and resistance. Those who crave love and pleasure are doomed to lack them. Those who have accepted the small things will get everything they want and the hunger will pass.
Goals are ephemeral, you are not their slave, but they are the slaves of reason. The mind consciously shapes being by defining its boundaries. In fact, there are no goals and boundaries, but when they are there, life is more fun.
