The addict always strives to control his drug. This is usually accompanied by scandals and aggression. If the drug is harsh, then it involves bribery and subterfuge. All other things being equal, the addict either tries to buy a dose or take it by force.
The drug gives a person a false sense of wholeness. An addict is a person who lacks integrity, this person constantly feels the lack of love. After taking the drug, it seems to be assembled entirely from some ridiculous pieces... Alas, this feeling is false.
A person who is dependent on pleasure is riddled with thoughts of self-injustice and self-pity. Always such a person lacks love, always everyone hurts him. On the other hand, such a person thinks himself beautiful.
Addicts are characterized by unbridled imagination, crazy and unrealistic ideas are a fountain of them. Addicts are very fond of and believe their illusions, these illusions, in fact, their source of universal pleasure. The problem is that there are many ideas, today they fanatically run after one, tomorrow for another. The ideas of the real world are not interesting to these people and seem very boring.
What is the life of an addict? - Mad running, headlong… Like a squirrel in a wheel, fussy and unclear why. The person is infinitely loaded with something. Loaded with something stupid that brings neither moral nor material benefits. What is the life of a proud man?
The addict has a mechanism of psychosecurity that assures him that he is bold and beautiful in his essence. And the worse it is in reality, the more he is filled with importance, arrogance and self-satisfaction.
