Integrity is the source of energy, integrity is the complete Gestalt. Integrity is the achievement by a system of critical mass and the ability to divide within itself.
The true completeness of the Gestalt is the daily acceptance of the world as it is and as it could be. Completeness is the unity of illusion and reality. Finality is the realization that everything is happening as it should. Everything is going according to plan and it's fine.
To let go of your desire is to set your Gestalt free. As long as you hold him, you hurt him, your desire to rule is pride. The Gestalt is tearing, running from you. But you can let it go and become just a source of heat, and then your Gestalt, running away, will freeze, and, having frozen, will return back to bask and create life. The force of the sun's gravity is almost intangible, it is strong, but it does not enslave.
A lie is the destruction of the unity of the figure and the background. A closed Gestalt generates a form of beauty, but it is a beauty generated by the illusions of the mind. It is ignorance to believe that anything outside of your favorite form is ugly. Being is a blank sheet within which you can draw any shapes, these shapes can intersect... can add up to puzzles and form more complex shapes and drawings.
It is not necessary to pray to your Gestalt. Yes, Gestalt is a beauty and a source of energy... but this does not mean that there is hunger, scorched desert and ugliness around. You can turn any point into your Gestalt and make it an infinite source of energy.
Why do we want to close the Gestalt and reach completion? What is it? Pride? Lust for power? The problem is, what exactly do you expect from uncertainty? If you see useful opportunities in uncertainty – this is one situation, and if you see negative and problems – this is quite another.
Pride is a mortal sin, like a fly in the ointment. On the one hand, without tar it is impossible and it creates completeness of beauty, on the other hand, it is impossible to be too beautiful. Too much beauty spoils everything.
A man who has a dream, a mission, or a purpose in life, has no work successful or unsuccessful, completed or incomplete, because he always does the same thing, the only thing he does.
Imagy is a practical rational-cognitive therapy, which implements the concept of integrity by incorporating the best of psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, negotiatie, humanitarian and existential psychology, Logotherapy, NLP, autotreninga, hypoplastic, of various ideological philosophies, etc.
Leaving things unfinished, a person reinforces the state of neurosis. The more such unfinished business, the more emotional stress. When the critical mass of tension is reached, neurosis develops. Unfinished business is like black holes-absorb energy.
An unfulfilled desire is in essence, an incomplete desire like some incomplete process that hangs in the memory and creates tension and loss of energy and it's almost impossible to forget it. Once a person fulfils a desire at least in a fantasy, it helps to release tension and finish the process.
Gestalt teaches us that the meaning of human life is to create forms... Buddhism teaches us that form is a lie and encourages us to strive for freedom from the meaning of life... The meaning of human life is a lie, reason is an illusion, and man is a liar. The Trinity of lies reminds me of the multiplication sign.
Frustration creates an obsession to reclaim lost Paradise and rediscover charm. Failure to return to Paradise generates pain and anger. To save the situation, you should make a useful effort and complete perfection. The meaning of Gestalt destruction: to motivate a person to grow and create perfection and beauty.
It is very easy to control beauty, love, and truth... one should only manage one's attention by protecting certain entities and rejecting all others. However, at the level of the mind, you should know that these boundaries are conditional and you can move them wherever and how you want. Beauty and truth is a complete Gestalt. The point is that Gestalt is a scalable entity that can be closed at the level of a point, circle, square, broken jug fragments, or blot... or even the entire universe.
Humility is the realization that everyone has their own gestalts. The limitations of consciousness give rise to the idea of beauty and truth. The more limited a person is, the less his reality is.
Women are dominated by the need to complete the Gestalt, that is, to form patterns and complete forms. In men, the desire for knowledge and expansion dominates. By connecting, a woman and a man achieve harmony... a man captures new territories, and a woman motivates the construction of new walls and borders. Women are formulaic and limited in thinking. Men, on the contrary, do not recognize patterns and restrictions.
Any desire is an incomplete Gestalt. Liberation from desires is associated with the realization that Gestalt does not have to be completed. But even when you complete the Gestalt, you don't change anything. Each individual Gestalt is a piece of a boundless mosaic that is impossible to complete in principle.
You should strive to complete the Gestalt, knowing that you will not be able to complete it. Any completion of the Gestalt is a lie and an illusion, that is, an artificial restriction that turns a piece of reality into a small puzzle, in a huge boundless mosaic of being.
Realize for yourself a great and unattainable goal, and then divide this task into small completed sections (puzzles) and strive to complete these small gestalts. You will never collect the entire puzzle in one lifetime, but the more complete puzzles you collect, the closer you will get to your goal.
The point is, you can do whatever you're doing, just don't be nervous or afraid. It is bad for your health to be nervous, then it is expensive and painful to be treated. Just believe that you are doing everything right and there is no point in being afraid. However, it is simply pointless to be afraid.
Before you get started, ask yourself if you are ready to finish this job at any cost. Unfinished business generates the leakage of energy and anxiety. Completeness and wholeness create joy.
