The thought that "smart people are disliked by others" actually means that the reputation of a smart-aleck will only bring you troubles. Rational and smart people can't stand smart-alecks.
The fact that many people are very well educated, have successful careers or read a lot and generally consider themselves very smart, doesn't prevent them from idiotism. What's more, some of them are total idiots.
Template thinking and stereotypes save people from unnecessary mental efforts. It's even more helpful as people who are not good at thinking, would simply be unable to exist in our stark reality.
To be successful in life one doesn't have to know a lot or do a lot. It's enough to perfectly use all those skills, tools and knowledge known to you. As one can fill own head with anything at all. It's not abstractive knowledge that matters... But the level of perfection one managed to attain in its practical use.
Many people know this and that but can't use it propely. And it's a pity. While some person, perhaps, may use only one tool but uses it perfectly well. And a person of the second type will be much more valuable than those of the first type.
Vanity is not restraint; it causes envy and irritation in other people, and then they themselves begin to restrain the one who does not wish to restrain himself.
A person reading no books thinks he is the most intelligent of all whereas it seems that a person reading books joins their authors’ intelligence and strength, thus sharing the collective strength. A person reading books identifies himself with these books’ main characters or their authors. As an example, when I read philosophers, I identify my I with Solomon, Socrates, Aristotle, Nietzsche, Hegel, Seneca, Confucius, Laozi, Buddha, Mohamed, the authors of the Bible and the Talmud and with thousands of other brilliant people. Read more if you want to acquire strength.
I am an artist painting human souls. My mission is to make human souls beautiful. Beautiful souls will create beautiful bodies. Having become beautiful on the inside and on the outside, people will be able to spread beauty around themselves. The aim of this world’s existence is beauty and perfection. The aim of the evolution of life is to create beauty. The aim of God is to create beauty.
Soloinc is a genius, because a genius is one who feels love for truth. Who would deny that Soloinc loves truth? Love is a flow and movement. Having entered into the flow and remaining loyal to it while avoiding temptations, intelligence starts generating ideas. The longer the person stays in the flow, the more ideas he generates. Soloinc spent 12 years in the flow… 12 years of maximum and fanatic concentration of reasoning’s movement. Like it or not, one necessarily becomes a genius here.
The production of collectable books of Variothoughts is limited to 1 item a week. Handcraft. One customer can order 3 items at most. The waiting list is at least 2 months. There should not be too many books of Variothoughts.
Mister Soloinc agrees that he is a crazy schizophrenic, but he humbly thinks there is nothing wrong with that because he manages to keep the situation under control. The common sense of intelligence is based on one’s resignation to one’s own madness.
To write Variothoughts, I combined and mixed in my head hundreds of books and ideas of thousands of best people of humankind. There are no ideas of mine in Variothoughts but there are many new ideas that resulted from synthesis, induction, deduction and intuition.
The proportion of wisdom and stupidity in the head doesn't matter as even one spoon of tar spoils the whole barrel of honey... Thus, before seeking for wisdom one should eradicate all one's stupidity.
A deaf one hears only one's own voice. While a blind one sees only one's own thoughts. A silly one doesn't hear and doesn't see. A silly person is deaf and blind.
The beach, the sand, a huge shell, on it sits a woman in a scarf. We can't see the face, but we can guess Mary Magdalene. She looks out to sea, there, far away on the horizon, a small ship with red sails. The shell is slightly stylized as a Gothic temple.
It's only silliness, delusions and illusions that live on their own within human heads… It's very warm and comfortable to live in the world of illusions. It protects from stark reality that lives under laws of verity…
In order to fill one's head with wisdom and verity, it's necessary to burn stupidity and delusions out of it with fire.
The thought that one may really know what one does, is quite harebrained... There are very few people who know what they do. Otherwise they would not do most of their deeds.
