The  cities  are  flooded  by  horses 
up  to  the  towers 
only  spires  stick  up 
and  wise  monkeys  hang  down  on  them 
"Geeee  up!"  they  shout,  "Get  a  move  on!  they  command... 
(they  can  see  better  from  high  above) 

-Not  exactly.

Hens  are  not  always  eaten,  some  of  them  lay  golden  eggs.  A  sheep  is  a  valuable  source  of  wool.  Donkeys  can  work  for  you  well.  And  one  better  buy  a  more  powerful  opponent  off  or  avoid  direct  conflicts,  than  risk  one's  head  fighting  him.

I  realized  why  only  few  get  smarter  reading  books.  Because  books  provide  theory  and  a  theoretic  horse  almost  doesn't  pull.  There  should  be  real  life  practice  involved.  One  should  go  and  make  mistakes,  fall  and  rise  again.  Hence,  there  should  be  a  practical  skill  of  applying  theoretical  information. 
On  the  other  hand,  practice  is  weak  without  theory. 
A  balance  is  needed:  when  any  new  theory  will  be  proved  by  practice  and  the  skill  of  applying  it. 

The  city…  all  here  is  the  same  and  usual 
everyday  and  wonderful; 
like  usually  all  noses  are  long, 
and  are  loudly  blown; 
the  same  backs  bend, 
the  same  feet  go  somewhere 
and  like  usually  the  tongues  are  long, 
wearing  the  same  words  outward. 

And  you  know, 
it's  rubbish  that  the  king  is  naked, 
the  queen  in  a  king's  clothes  - 
it's  her  that  worries  me. 

Pawns,  knights,  bishops  and  even  officers  - 
all  this  nude  crowd 
put  on  dresses  the  king's  clothes 
and  now  amuse  each  other  singing  warbles. 

The  problem  of  verbal  communications  is  that  you  say  and  prove  one  thing  but  everyone  gets  you  in  their  own  way...  And  often  you  can't  even  imagine  that  someone  may  get  you  wrong. 
An  image  that  one  sees  while  watching  the  world  around  largely  depends  on  one's  inner  world... 
A  person  incapable  of  thinking,  takes  the  information  from  the  outer  world  by  means  of  inner  stereotypes  and  templates...  Thus,  you  may  tell  someone  that  some  white  horse  gallops  on  the  field  but  this  person's  inner  template  says  that  white  horses  don't  exist  and  that  horses  are  red  and  flying  in  the  sky  but  not  galloping... 
And  instead  of  your  information  a  person  sees  the  image  of  a  red  horse  flying  in  the  sky. 
It's  all  very  interesting  from  humanology  point  of  view  but  it  makes  communications  worse.  As  those  people  only  see  and  hear  what  they  want. 
It's  really  unpredictable  what  in  particular  WRONG  way  this  time  one  may  see  and  get  quite  obvious  things. 

It's  such  a  big  pleasure  when  you  can  allow  yourself  to  deliberate. 
To  deliberate  in  its  meaning.  As  is  known,  it's  only  horses  who  think.  But  horses  can't  deliberate  as  they  don't  have  time  and  they  work  a  lot  and  get  very  tired.  And  when  one  is  tired  one  can  only  think  but  not  deliberate.

Sometimes  one  may  yell  and  swear  but  bring  the  good. 
Sometimes  one  may  smile  and  be  nice  but  bring  evil. 

It's  not  the  temper  of  the  horse  but  the  content  of  its  cart  that  matters. 

A  horse  is  meant  to  work  hard  while  a  human  being  is  meant  to  think. 
When  a  person  starts  to  work  hard,  this  person  automatically  turns  into  a  horse  and  stops  thinking. 

While  a  donkey  crops  grass  and  gets  fat,  a  man  learns  and  gets  wise. 

Humility is when you don't stop.  Pride is when you're a stubborn ass.

There are such people "with whom this person greets, at that donkey dies". This special people, their God specifically made, to people boastful and conceited punish.

A leader can be followed for seven reasons.  He's a horse.  He's a hare.  He arouses curiosity.    He's amazing.  Excitement.  Greed.  Not to follow our own peril. 

You know what you spend the most time on?  On thinking!  You're like a horse, always thinking about stuff.  If you want to use your time effectively, stop thinking.  Stop being a horse.

- Don't carry, and you carry-take a payment. You're neither a horse nor a donkey.

The man from the horse is that the horse thinks just because a person is able to come up with a plan and follow it.
