The USA defeated the Communists in the USSR.  Wonderful!  Now the social system in the USA can be called socialism.  Socialism is communism in the first phase.  A small person is still a person, therefore, the United States built communism, with which we can congratulate them.  However, the Europeans have advanced even further in the construction of communism.  The Chinese complete the top three builders of communism.
