There is no such word "I do not want", there is a word "I want something else".  A person has no right not to want.  Not wanting means lack of Love, Lies and depression.  A person should love and say "I want".  However, a person has the right to free will and love, so he can choose what he wants.

Real pain and problems are a distraction  from pain and illusory problems, devaluing their haughty super-worth.  Once a young man was abandoned by a girl, and he, tormented by huge sufferings, went outside to breathe air, take a walk and calm down.  On the street, a swarm of mosquitoes attacked the unfortunate man, which almost ate him.  However, the Blessed mosquitoes created a miracle, against the background of their bites, all illusions quickly calmed down and let go of the young man.

Happiness is resignation to the mundanity of the real world.  Misfortune and tragedy happen to remind a person what the happiness of ordinary life is.  People often forget to love real life against the background of their unrealistic fantasies, envy and greed for what is not.

Shock situations affect people differently.  About a third of people in this way come to happiness and love for everyday real life.  Once in a northern city there was a disaster, and the city for three months of winter was left without heat, electricity and water.  When this hell ended, many people were frightened and left for other places for fear of repeating this horror.  However, another part of people against the background of the past hell realized that a simple ordinary life is a paradise and fell in love with their everyday life.

The path of happiness is in the love of your everyday affairs.  The way of truth is commonplace.  The mundane is your own business, your own life.  For me, everyday life is my work, my goals, my books and reading other people's books.  And this ordinariness is enough for me to give a damn about everything else. 

Intolerance is ignorance.  The ignorant are intolerant of much, for much they fear and do not understand its meaning and use.  The fisherman loves to fish and loves fish, so he is tolerant of mosquitoes, although they bite him inhumanely.  More  every experienced fisherman enjoys mosquitoes, because he knows how fish love mosquitoes.

The words "must"  and "can" is quite interchangeable.  You say that you owe something, but I see that most of your debts are some kind of fantasy.  One lady was going on a date and believed that before a date she should definitely shave her legs.  Why should I?  You can shave, but you can not shave.  Do as you like and as convenient.  Keep it simple.

Happiness is when you have enough everyday life for happiness.  Integrity is self-sufficiency, that is, when you have enough of yourself for happiness.

It's not the strongest who wins, the strongest is a suicide bomber.  Tumbler wins.  The most secret secret maneuver leading to power is available to the tumbler – "One step back, two forward."
