One lady had a fix idea to find an alcoholic millionaire and save him with her love.  She decided that this man lacks love, and therefore he is a drunk.  She wants to give him lots and lots of love and he'll heal.  For decades she has been trying to do this, but nothing works.  The problem is that these people have so much love.  They are drug addicts, they have too much love.  They need to limit themselves in order to be saved.  Love can not save this.  They need to work out their values, such as lust for pleasure and power.  One must meditate on Justice, Vanity, avarice.  These people have a whole herd of cockroaches in their heads.  It is naive to think about salvation in such conditions.  By the way, while she beats her oligarchs, they are like silk, but when she begins to save them with love, they deteriorate sharply.  The idea of salvation by love is a rotten idea.

We reach out to our opposites so that they can teach us what we don't have.  Opposites are our ideal.  Our ideal is that our dominant part has been pushed out of itself in the process of neurotic conflict, and we would like to get this part of ourselves back.

What you call an inferiority complex and modesty is a crazy thirst for power.  You say you are afraid to communicate with people you like because you feel unworthy of them.  You want to be above them.  Why do you need this?  You say I'm not perfect for them.  Why do you need to be perfect?  The ideal is a tyrant and a drug.  Calm down.  Be simple, and people will reach out to you.  To be simpler is to be yourself without complicating everything with lies.

A love idol is a projection of you on another person.  An idol is a mirror and a sign of narcissism and a thirst for power.  The idol is given to man in order to see himself the way many other people see you.  A person does not see himself, but knowing his idol, he knows himself, his dream and all his vices.

The idolater's desire to possess his idol is the desire to gain power over the mirror and his reflection in the mirror.  A person by cunning and force tries to force the mirror to recognize his ideality.

Love addiction is a thirst for perfect love in the sense that a person wants to be so perfect that everyone loves him.  Such a person craves universal love and especially sticks to those who neglect him in order to prove to them that I am perfect and worthy of love.  I see a hunter who longs for a war for love.  This is an obsession with war, the vanquished are devoured and a person goes to look for a new victim.

The cure for love addiction is in the awareness of the word "No"  and humility of their desires.  No means no.  There is no trial either.  No means you don't need to.  My job is to offer, I won't persuade anyone.  I am skeptical about super-values.  Anything that doesn't come to me is dangerous and unnecessary for me.

Your desire to be perfect, to be loved, will create a catastrophe.  People's attitude to the ideal is terrible.  Some turn the ideal into a drug, which is expressed in jealousy and a desire to enslave it.  Others, on the contrary, neglect them and try to distance themselves, because they have good protection against drug addiction.  That is, some will strangle you, and others will neglect you.  Where is happiness here?

To subdue your pride means to gain freedom. Pride is a passion that generates super-strong desires and attachments to super-values. Strong desires deprive a person of free will, forcing him to serve other people's desires and try to be perfect. At the heart of such pride are sexual desires, food and dominance. Fasting, sexual abstinence and obedience perfectly pacify pride.

Love addiction is when you want to possess someone, and therefore you try to become perfect in order to make that person happy, and he also appreciated you and... you become a slave because you want to become a master.  By the way, your own desire puts a mask on you, and you see an ideal image that does not correspond to reality and try to fulfill all the desires of this fantasy.

Anything that gives rise to a strong desire in you is dangerous for you.  I'll explain why.  A strong desire puts a mask on you, which, wishing  to become perfect, makes you fulfill the desires of the one who causes these desires in you.  Thus, you lose your freedom and yourself.
