The   essence   of   stoicism   is   in   impassionate   reacting   to   problems   and   not   in   being   enthusiastic   about   getting   into   a   mousetrap   for   cheese   and   carrot.

Stoicism  doesn't  espouse  inactivity  or  nihilistic  humility,  but  it  espouses  emotionlessness  and  composure.  "Suffer  little  -  it  says.  "Fewer  emotions,  more  actions,  more  meaningful  movements.  Active  emotionlessness,  do  what  you  should  and  come  what  will".

The essence of stoicism is to reduce the amplitude of the swing of emotions. Less joy, less pain. The smaller one extreme, the smaller the opposite extreme.

Active dispassion... I fell in love with this concept ... denial of passions ... Follow fate and rejoice in what is.

What used to cost more than later. So the lesser good before outweighs the greater evil later.

7.3551. The brink of indifference.     AR AR

The Stoics divided things into preferably uncaring and indifferent to deny. It's brilliant-you say it and you're right.

The main idea of stoicism is indifference, indifference to temptations ...indifference to the inevitable ...indifference to passions.

Food Stoik prefer simple over complicated, accessible - inaccessible. Eating expensive food does not make a person stronger or better.

7.3509. Truth is inevitable.     AR AR

The Stoics urged to accept all this, to where we are helpless otherwise, and you'll depression, sadness and suffering. Failure to accept the inevitable plunges a person into hell.

Anyone who does not retreat will reach the goal and we do not know those who could not. But those in whom there is no love will perish. Love is dream and hope, faith and perseverance, miracle and God.

The reason for failure is always the same, it is a refusal to confront. You can only lose if you surrender, otherwise even death won't stop you.

They  say  that  in  olden  days  all  kind  people  asked  themselves  these  three  questions  before  saying  something.  And  if  they  had  even  any  slight  doubts,  they  preferred  not  to  say  it.

3277. A normal school. (The school of Stoics)     AR AR

Nothing  in  excess,  only  the  necessary.

Sport.  Group  or  one-on-one  training.  Single  combats  or  competitive  games.  Track  and  field  sports.
Constructive  labor  and  masterhood.
Philosophy,  ethics  and  moral  codes  for  being  learned  by  heart.
Foreign  languages  -  for  being  studied  every  day  for  a  long  time.
Mathematics  and  physics  –  for  learning  the  essence  of  different  processes.
Native  language  and  literature  for  writing  essays  and  studying  the  list  of  books  useful  for  reading.
Various  classes  and  hobby  clubs.
Some  special  classes  for  major  subjects.  Biology,  chemistry  etc.  Gender-segregated  education  that  considers  psychological  differences  of  boys  and  girls.

All  knowledge  should  be  background  to  remain  forever.  It's  forbidden  to  study  anything  new  without  having  got  really  in-depth  knowledge  of  the  studied  matter  or  subject.
It's  rational  to  reject  the  track  system  and  pay  attention  to  personal  classes  system.  Thus,  a  pupil  should  have  a  personal  tutor  who  is  supposed  to  know  everything  about  him  or  her  so  that  to  make  a  plan  of  how  to  teach  this  pupil.  Every  tutor  should  also  give  recommendations  and  manage  their  pupils'  time.

We teach stoicism taking into account the evolution of modern knowledge adapted to the current reality. In modern times, the philosophy of stoicism has evolved into concepts such as sanity and pragmatism, and has become a fundamental part of all major religions from Christianity and Islam to Taoism and Confucianism.

Marcus Aurelius noticed that among animals one soul divided between people thinking one soul distributed. One from the devil, the other from God. Because first God created the devil, i.e. animals, and only then the mind, i.e. rights. And he ordered the animals, that is, the devil, to serve man, but the devil in his pride does not want.
