Having lived long enough in heaven and hell, I concluded that I did not want either hell or heaven, but simply wanted to do my job and work. And, to me, actually, it is not important where to work. My personal happiness, no matter where I work. I do the same work in heaven and hell.

Happiness is hidden in the understanding of sufficiency. Idealists are unhappy because they do not know the measure, all of them are either too little or too much.

For happiness, minimally enough:  to exist, to love and to be surrounded by beauty.

In human life, there are enough reasons for happiness, but the blind do not see it.  In the shadow of their idols, the proud do not see the light, they are cold and afraid.

I'll tell you for comfort.  Remember, everything is an illusion of nothing.  You decide whether to cry or laugh, to be sad or happy.  If you want to cry, cry, but when you've decided enough, say enough and create another illusion.

Happiness is when a person learns to do something by himself.  Happiness is the ability to live.  Happiness is the self-sufficiency of the movement of life.

The truth is boundless, but the wisdom and happiness is to tame your hunger and agree that for the real world, lies are enough.  Unlimited truth destroys reality, because it does not fit banal.

Paradoxically, freedom comes from limitation, and happiness comes from suffering.  Those who seek freedom and happiness should keep this in mind.  All the more reason to think about happiness and freedom is pride.  Here and now there is always enough of both, only a blind man will deny it.  However, blindness and pride are synonymous words.

You crave an ideal and worry about its insufficiency... you are blind.  The world is strikingly perfect and perfect.  There's nothing random about it.  If you look closely at the face of chaos, you will see that it is perfect.

Humble your pride and love what is.  Notice that it is your pride that gives rise to thoughts of Justice, jealousy, greed and lust for power.  Tell your pride:  "Take pleasure and you will have enough."  Suppress your greed, and then as with that grandmother from the fairy tale about the goldfish will be. 

The perfect one is the one who has enough wisdom, having seen  God, close your eyes.  The seeker does not need light.

Love is like a drug, love is always little and you want more.  You say you'd be happy if you got enough love.  You look like Caligula, he promised to be happy too if he could get the moon out of the sky.

Your imperfection is your gift, which is given to you to grow and rejoice.  Imperfection is the gift of life.  But you instead  to enjoy life, to suffer and be afraid, you are an ignorant fool and it makes your life hell.  Conditional imperfection of the world is also such a gift.  Imperfection is very small, a pinch of salt is enough for life, against the infinity of perfection 1% is enough to turn our lives into Paradise.

The fact that I'm bad at things that aren't my goals doesn't make me imperfect.  In the things that interest me, I'm good enough.

I am offended and offended when I am imperfect ... but only in those things that interest me.  In all other aspects of life, I agree that I know nothing.  I am perfect only in what I train or what I am meant to do.  Moreover, there is no limit to perfection.

You look for the source of infinite joy in everything... in drugs, cigarettes, women...  This is hunger.  If you did not so passionately want this joy, you would have noticed that everything is joy and would have been happy long ago.  But greed is never enough for you.  The point is to give up the best and choose the good.  Here and now Joy is always more than enough for life.

Vices are useful because they allow you to realize that there is no joy in busting.  Vices teach us restraint and joy in the simple and small.

Life is like a river rushing past, and you are overwhelmed with the desire to grab everything that is possible from it.  You are filled with greed and hunger, you are exhausted, grabbing the fish with your hands.  You are very tired, you have no time to rest and think.  Tell me, why do you need so many fish?  It spoils!  Tell me, why do you fish with your hands?  Have you tried to study the question?  You can fish with a harpoon, a fishing rod, a net...  Fishing is an art.  For example, I like spearfishing.  But the main thing is not even that, but that the river is not alive with fish alone.  For example, in addition to hunting, I like to swim, sunbathe, read books on the shore, communicate and much more.

Becoming strong is a matter of your own choosing.  Tell yourself:  "I can, I'm self-sufficient, I'm strong...  I don't need to serve the savior to be protected from fear.  I don't need to be a slave.  I can serve myself.  I can protect myself from fear.  I can be free and happy."

A metaphor for 40 years of wandering  Moses ' journey through the desert teaches us asceticism and humility.  For happiness and life, what can be found in the desert is enough.  They come to the promised Kingdom through the wilderness.
