The  main  problem  of  people  is  their  cowardice.
On  the  other  hand,  life  of  the  brave  is  short  and  it’s  in  the  hands  of  chance.  I  would  define  cowardice  as  one  of  the  tools  regulating  access  to  resources.  The  bigger  the  population  is,  the  less  resources  per  capita  it  has,  the  more  cowards  there  are  in  it...The  brave  fight  each  other  for  resources  and  get  shot  massively.  As  a  result,  cowardice  is  cultivated  and  survives.  And  a  coward  doesn’t  need  much,  he  is  happy  with  what  he  has  and  unable  to  contradict  circumstances,  crowd,  popular  opinion  and  so  on..
And  the  brave,  yes,  they  are  on  top.  They  are  the  elite.  But  elite  can’t  be  numerous,  as  resources  are  limited.
The  leaders  have  to  cultivate  cowardice,  obedience  and  powerlessness  in  the  society,  otherwise  it  will  just  blow  up.

Основная  проблема  людей  это  их  трусость.
С  другой  стороны,  смелые  долго  не  живут  и  жизнь
их  подвластна  случаю.  Я  бы  определил  трусость,  как  один  из  инструментов,  регулирующий  доступ  к  ресурсам.  Чем  многочисленнее  популяция,  тем  меньше  в  ней  ресурсов  на  душу  населения,  тем  больше  в  ней  трусов...  Смелые  грызутся  между  собой  за  ресурсы  и  их  массово  отстреливают.  В  итоге  культивируется  и  выживает  трусость.  А  трусу  ведь  много  не  надо,  он  довольствуется  тем,  что  есть  и  не  способен  идти  против  обстоятельств,  толпы,  общественного  мнения  и  т.д.
А  смелые…  те  –  да.  Те  на  коне.  Это  элита...  Но  элиты 
не  может  быть  много,  ресурсы  то  ограничены...
Правители  вынуждены  культивировать  трусость,
покорность  и  бессилие  в  обществе,  иначе  оно 
просто  взорвётся...
