Смею предположить, что этот мир трёхмерный и времени в нём не существует. Время это некая устойчивая иллюзия, связанная с движением. Когда движение есть - время есть, когда движения нет - нет и времени. То есть время очень похоже на свет, скорее всего, свет это и есть время.
